Ingredients (SERVES 1)
2 rashers lean back bacon
113g chicken style quorn pieces ( defrosted )
Enough green salad for 1 person made with fresh salad leaves, cress, cucumber and celery.
2 tablespoons Kraft fat free ceasar salad dressing
28g finely grated parmesan cheese
Method
Remove all the fat from the bacon and cut it into small pieces.
Put in a non-stick frying pan and start to fry over a medium heat.
After a few minutes add the chicken style quorn pieces and cook until the bacon is thoroughly cooked. (I like it just beginning to go brown and crispy.)
Meanwhile toss the green salad in the salad dressing and put it in the dish the meal will be served in.
When cooked, serve the bacon and quorn mix on top of the green salad.
Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
